This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want practical experience in HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will work closely with HR leaders to support daily functions and strategic initiatives.

• Help maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, training coordination, or policy updates
• Support HR compliance tasks and audit preparation
• Conduct research on HR best practices and present recommendations
