About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their HR department and support their employees in achieving their full potential. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Head of HR will also be tasked with managing employee relations issues, leading a team of HR professionals, and partnering with key stakeholders to address workforce planning and staffing needs.
Applicants for the Head of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in manufacturing environments, and a proven track record in leading HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. SHRM certification is also preferred.
