Reporting directly to the COO, this role is responsible for driving results across one of our most critical business units. Youll design the workflows, lead the team, and remove the friction across content, ads, inventory, and reporting, owning both the playbook and the scoreboard. Strategic priorities, brand-level initiatives, and high-level account direction will come from the Head of Brand Strategy or Executive Team. This role is expected to provide structured feedback on strategic direction, campaign outcomes, and process limitations to the Strategy Lead, ensuring data informs future planning.This is not a support role.
