About the Role

As an Environment Engineer , you’ll build on top of our core platform to create the simulation environments where coding agents train and improve. You’ll design testing infrastructure that evaluates AI-generated code on real-world engineering tasks and build automations that accelerate development and task creation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple layers of the stack — from backend systems and APIs to internal dashboards and developer tools. The software you build will directly impact how frontier AI models learn to code and reason.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack systems for code evaluation and simulation environments.
• Integrate with large, complex codebases to test and grade AI-generated code.
• Automate pipelines for environment creation, task testing, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with a world-class engineering team that has built critical AI infrastructure at leading frontier-model organizations.
• Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and architectures to improve performance and scalability.
