2 days a week, 20 hours / week, 8 week position.

Must have MA license.

10H day shift.

Expectations and responsibilities : New Hire Health Processing : conducts and reviews preemployment, immunizations, TB testing and respiratory fit testing, Verifies completion of required screenings and immunizations for hospital clearance, Enters all new hire health information and clearance documentation into the Employee Health medical record.

Return to Work evaluations : Review medical documentation for fitness for duty and any restrictions. Communicates to managers regarding clearance status / restrictions.

Lab reporting and follow up : Receives lab results and emails EE's of results and documents in OHM, Tracks compliance with immunization.
