An employer in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer for a permanent opportunity. Under the general direction from the Application Project Leader, the position performs high level technical systems analysis and programming in one or more specialized phases of applications, acts independently. Also prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written and is responsible for understanding customer needs and processes to ensure maximum utilization of automation and system availability. This position is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation, following departmental standards. Works with other Information System teams to ensure the performance of underlying technical infrastructure and software utilization. Involved in a multi-disciplinary team approach for selection and implementation of new or upgraded systems. This position will participate in application development, modifications of existing and new systems, customer support, consulting and providing information as appropriate to departments, management and the organization.

MUST HAVES :

Epic Certified in Radiant or Cupid (or both)

Must have experience working with Philips ISCV (Cardiology PACS) or similar systems.

3-4 years of experience with the above

Plusses :

• Previous work with Registries (Submitting for registries) is a plus (Not required).
• Clinical Experience in Cardiology areas is preferred, but not required (Cath Lab, EP lab, Vascular, etc..)

Note : This role is Hybrid. It is mainly remote (95%) but the candidate must live within 120 miles of Cincinnati for in person team meetings, project discussions, trainings, etc.
