About The Role

We are looking for a handful of excellent Product Engineers to join our team of 8 (Designer, 7 Engineers). As an early member of our engineering team, we need someone who is product-minded, driven, and comfortable working across the stack.

Govly’s primary app runs on Ruby / Rails , Javascript / React , Postgres , Redis , and Elasticsearch . We also run a bunch of Node services that handle web automation using PlaywrightJS and CheerioJS (driven by crawlee.dev ). We use AI and LLMs heavily in both our development process and throughout the product.

What You Might Work On

• Iterate on features that drive cross-organization collaboration on government opportunities
• Build an AI agent that can autonomously crawl thousands of different websites
• Extract, normalize, and aggregate data from 20,000+ state and local government contracts
• Find a way to tie opportunity data to publicly available award data
• Build AI agents and tools that leverage our internal data to give custom insights and reports
