About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Hedge Fund Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, review, and filing of periodic regulatory and financial disclosures for global asset management entities. This role demands a high level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in supporting a broad suite of regulatory reports across various jurisdictions, including U.S. and international regulatory reporting. The AVP will also be involved in the quarter-end close process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and reconcile financial data, and ensuring that all reports are in line with firm policies and regulatory expectations. Applicants must have a background in regulatory reporting and financial disclosures, with a strong proficiency in tools such as Axiom and Alteryx. The role requires a candidate with a keen understanding of financial data reconciliation and validation, as well as experience in maintaining internal process documentation and enhancing reporting controls. The ideal candidate will be proactive in engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and process efficiency. The position is suited to individuals who can work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and who are adept at collaborating with various teams to support the reporting process.
