A reputable, multi-service contractor in Southeastern Michigan is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to help lead and expand its plumbing operations. This position offers a chance to combine leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

- Key Service Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing problems, developing effective and lasting repair strategies
- Install, maintain, and repair both water supply and drainage systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform work involving sump pumps, water heaters (tank and tankless), and related equipment
- Replace or repair pipes, drains, and sewer lines with precision and attention to detail
- Service, install, and upgrade plumbing fixtures, faucets, and related components
- Conduct leak detection and implement reliable repair solutions
- Test and maintain backflow prevention assemblies, ensuring systems remain compliant and operational
- Inspect and replace floor drains, grease traps, and other wastewater system components
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and extend system lifespan
- Review blueprints, coordinate inspections, and ensure that all work meets applicable codes and regulations
- Obtain necessary permits and oversee required testing and documentation for completed projects
- Recommend system improvements, efficiency upgrades, and cost-effective solutions to clients
- Accurately record job details, materials used, and maintenance history
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure professional, customer-focused service
- Candidate Qualifications

- Requirements and Preferred Skills :
- Must hold an active Master Plumber License in the State of Michigan
- 6+ years of practical plumbing experience across residential and commercial projects
- Proven ability to train, guide, or oversee plumbing crews and apprentices
- Strong organizational habits with the capacity to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills and a talent for solving problems efficiently
- A motivated, growth-oriented mindset with interest in helping strengthen and expand operations
- Experience with field service management, dispatching, or scheduling software (Preferred)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and related software tools
- Backflow prevention certification or equivalent background is preferred
- Mechanical Contractors License is preferred
