The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead or Senior Systems Engineer with Reliability Maintainability and System Health expertise to join the Special Project Dallas (SPD) P8A Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) systems engineering team in Richardson TX. As an integral member of the Systems Engineering organization you will work with an integrated team to analyze reliability and systemhealth data across the AAS program life cycle (development production and sustainment). This role will support reliability and maintainability analyses at various stages of the product life cycle.

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead reliability maintainability and systemhealth analyses across development production and sustainment phases.
• Produce and deliver customer-grade data packages including Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) reports.
• Represent Boeing and engage regularly with customers at Failure Review Board meetings.
• Identify and quantify failure trends affecting production and sustainment hardware; translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate rootcause investigations and manage correctiveaction tracking and closure.
• Review and validate supplier data deliverables (e.g. FRACAS and ESS reports) for completeness and accuracy.
• Support proposal development for tasks that affect Reliability & Maintainability scope including scoping cost input and technical rationale.
• Maintain and update the Reliability Site Report and related program documentation.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Special Programs Access may be required per the customer. Certain Special Programs require that the candidate have only U.S. Citizenship or no dual citizenship.
