About the Role :

The Quality Control Intern will monitor production and packing lines on a daily basis to ensure compliance with FDA requirements, good manufacturing practices (GMP's) and internal specifications. This position is approximately 20 hours per week with flexible hours.

Main Responsibilities :

• Contact and communicate with vendors. Maintain vendor documentation for raw materials, packaging, bought-out, and tools / utensils.
• Assist with updating and maintaining training materials
• Conduct data entry or any other requested tasks by Quality or Operations Management
• Assist with consumer contact investigations
• Responsible to uphold and maintain the food safety and quality systems.
• Assist with facility inspections and documentation
