Role Description :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients protect their financial futures by providing tailored life insurance solutions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, educate prospects on policy options, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people secure their financial well-being.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Assess clients’ financial situations and insurance needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
  • Present and explain life insurance policies, coverage options, benefits, and terms to clients clearly and effectively
  • Assist clients with completing applications and ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing service, policy reviews, and updates
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes relevant to life insurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid life insurance license or ability to obtain one in Texas
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
  • High ethical standards and integrity
