Financial Analyst

Our hospitality / entertainment client is seeking a Financial Analyst that will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities across the organization. This role is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, supporting the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. You will collaborate with leadership and business teams to provide data-driven insights, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support informed decision-making. Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts; investigate and explain variances to leadership.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals and initiatives.
  • Work with data from multiple systems to create reports, monitor KPIs, and answer critical business questions.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and business analysis to support decision-making and strategic projects.
  • Create presentations and reports that clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies in reporting and analysis.
  • Perform additional duties and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related role within the entertainment, sports, or hospitality industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint for preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, or business intelligence platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

    • Salary & Benefits :

  • The salary range for this role is $95K - $105K depending upon experience.
