CWA Group is a commercial architecture, planning, and design firm based in Norman and Tulsa, Oklahoma. We provide services to K–12 school districts, colleges, career technology centers, municipalities, counties, and religious facilities across Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Job Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter and manage data into our da tabases and software systems.
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all entries.
  • Assist in data cleanup and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data entry needs and address any discrepancies.
  • Produce reports and documents as required by the management or project leads.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Essential Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or any related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Desired Experience :

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience with database management systems or data entry software is advantageous.
