As a Senior Manager in Data Strategy & Governance, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that data across Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) is understood, trusted, and accessible, enabling high-quality reporting solutions. Collaborate with FFIO, Asset Management (AM), and FFIO Technology to improve data governance, expand the data catalog, and modernize reporting with OBI and Power BI.

Some of the key things you will do in this role are :

• Partner with Technology and AM Data Governance resources to define and implement a Data Catalog strategy.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and subject matter experts to improve and maintain data taxonomy and business glossaries.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and training to improve associates' understanding of the data environment.
• Advance FFIO's reporting strategy by improving usability and scalability while ensuring compliance with data policies and governance standards.
• Proactively engage with service line managers, enterprise cybersecurity and other parties to implement access profiles and entitlements that support appropriate data access controls.

Investment Operations

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
