ABOUT THE ROLE :

FreshTax is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking passionate, motivated Case Managers to join our expanding team! As a Case Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our tax professionals, ensuring each client’s journey is smooth, supportive, and successful. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding client experience and help individuals achieve a fresh financial start.

Work Environment :

This is a 100% on-site position at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. We thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment where teamwork drives success.

COMPENSATION :

  • Hourly Pay : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. (based on experience).
  • Performance Bonuses Available.
  • WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Manage a high-volume caseload (300-500 clients) using company software.
  • Collect, track, and manage client documents and forms for submission to tax professionals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and tax professionals.
  • Assist clients in completing IRS forms and keep them updated on case progress.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups (minimum contact every two weeks).
  • Achieve a minimum of 15 case closures or resolutions per month.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of IRS and state tax procedures.
  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE :

  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM).
  • 1+ year experience in administration, customer service, or financial services. (tax resolution experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM software and adaptability to new systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
