Total Veterinary Care in Cicero, is looking for a FULL-TIME client care specialist to join our team in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. Our ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with outstanding customer service skills who is motivated to learn and grow within their position.

We are looking for someone who :

Has some experience with sales and direct customer service, in a veterinary or medical office setting

Is highly skilled with scheduling client appointments and is capable of quickly and efficiently learning new software programs

Can demonstrate efficient organization and a keen attention to detail

Takes initiative and staying motivated to provide excellent service to our clients

Wants to learn new skills and is focused on using them to advance their careers for the betterment of themselves, their team, and the clients and patients we serve

Has a positive attitude and is an effective and respectful team player

Is available to work during regular office hours, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday- Friday and rotating Saturdays
