job_description.job_card.job_description6-7 years of experience in Engineering and Release Management in Broadband / networking domain A strong technical background in Software engineering including best practices and understanding of software development lifecycle. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery Good in Release Management experience in Agile environment. Lead and own activities that would drive Release excellence on all RDK devices Excellent organizational, technical, problem solving, and communication skills Document processes, identify potential points of failure, and perform root cause analysis.
Knowledge and experience in Build / Release technology such as :
- SCM Tools : Git, Gerrit, SVN,
- Languages : C , C++ & Linux
- Scripting : Python & Shell script
- JiRA plugins & Confluence
- Build tools : Jenkins
- Reporting Tools : Tableau & Splunk / Elk
- Knowledge with Linux and Embedded software .
- Knowledge and experience in Broadband software / networking is preferred "
