About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key strategic leader in overseeing the organization's financial health and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, risk management, and financial reporting. This executive-level position requires the ability to provide insightful and trusted counsel to the executive team and board, driving business strategy and long-term growth. The VP of Finance will also be involved in preparing all financial statements, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and participating in special projects. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A CPA certification is recommended. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of work experience in accounting or finance management, with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Profound knowledge of financial law and risk management is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
