Role Overview : As the Ritual Community Lead in China, you will build and scale the Chinese community from the ground up. This is a mission-critical role and offers significant visibility and impact across the organization. You bring the vibes, energy, and inspiration to attract and nurture a vibrant community of developers, AI researchers, and end users. As Community Lead it is your responsibility to translate and adapt Ritual's vision and marketing materials for Chinese audiences. You will blend top-down KOL management with grassroots community building to create an authentic, supportive, and intellectually stimulating environment that drives the future of onchain applications within the Ritual ecosystem.

Key Objectives :

• Hybrid Growth : Foster relationships with influential community figures and simultaneously cultivate authentic grassroots engagement to amplify Ritual's presence from the bottom up.
• Developer-Centric Engagement : Focus on creating engaging and educational experiences for developers, aligning community initiatives with Ritual's commitment to developer empowerment.
• Culture and Vibe : Leverage culturally resonant strategies, activities, and platforms such as WeChat and Telegram to nurture a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for the Ritual community.
