VIP Lounge HostMarketing Rep (Part-time)

Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Greets guests quickly and courteously.
• Check in VIP guests as they enter the Laurel Lounge.
• Help service guests as necessary in a team aspect. Busses guest seating areas as needed in adjacent area.
• Assists in the responsibilities of all aspects of the VIP Lounge in order to attract and retain guests while contributing to the operating success of the VIP Lounge.
• Maintains a clean workstation.
• Provides personalized service and a great experience for every guest every time through interaction and building relationships.
• Serves all guests who request To Go orders. This includes taking the order estimating the wait time offer drinks while they wait gather & bag completed order and deliver to the guest at the host stand.
• Anticipates needs provides fast exceptional service and checks for satisfaction of guests.
• Works well with others especially other wait people bartenders cooks supervisors etc.
• Promotes and is knowledgeable about casino events / services and promotional campaigns.
• Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory departmental and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Must be 18 years of age.

Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays and weekends.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Must have excellent customer service / communication skills.
