job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience in full cycle Accounts Payable, which includes reviewing invoices for accuracy, matching, batching and coding of invoices for payment. Processing employee’s expense reports, reconciliation of vendor accounts, handle vendor inquiries, open and date stamp mail. Assist with month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable Accruals, as well as work closely with the Materials Management Department and COO. Other duties as assigned. Good communication and people skills. Excellent telephone skills. Ability to screen incoming calls, adequately respond to telephone inquiries. Responsible for distribution of mail. Must have AP experience. Experience in healthcare and / or hospital environments highly preferred.
