Data and Decision Analyst, Consultant

Your Role

The Experience Analytics team is responsible for delivering analytics across key member-experience programs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Digital Satisfaction, Mock Medicare CMS, CAHPS, and STAR Ratings for Blue Shield of California and partner health plans. In this role, you will translate stakeholder business problems into end-to-end analytic solutions—gathering requirements, wireframing models or dashboards (, multi-dimensional CAHPS, voice-of-customer, STARS), and building statistical and ML models that leverage both structured and unstructured data. You’ll lead complex analytics products—including segmentation, regression-based conjoint analysis, and LLM topic modeling—to uncover performance drivers, identify trends, and forecast outcomes.
