We are currently seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Community Manager for a 395-unit residential apartment community located in Baltimore, MD (Meadow Lane Apartments). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure its overall success
• Maintain property standards
• Deliver stellar customer service
• Tenant relations
• Leasing and marketing
• Oversight of maintenance and inspections
• Compliance and regulations
• Budgeting / Financial Reporting
• Team leadership and training
• Increase occupancy, decrease delinquency
• Supervise office / leasing team
