We're hiring an Agent In Charge (AIC) who's ready to roll up their sleeves and support the daily operations of our dispensary while ensuring compliance with Illinois state cannabis regulations. This role is perfect for someone with cannabis retail experience who's ready to step into leadership responsibilities and grow their career.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the designated Agent in Charge (AIC) per Illinois cannabis regulations during assigned shifts
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily dispensary operations
• Open and close the store, handling keyholder duties and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Assist with coaching Sales Associates on sales techniques, service standards, and compliance protocols
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support inventory control processes including receiving, product staging, and Metrc tracking
• Handle cash management tasks including register reconciliation and safe handling
• Conduct compliance checks, bag checks, and employee checkouts as required
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and Illinois cannabis laws
