We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events ranging from corporate gatherings to community activities, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, coordinating logistics, budgets, timelines, and details to ensure the event's vision comes to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and organize events from conception through to completion while managing budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for events.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, venues, and entertainment providers.
• Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, decoration, and transportation.
• Develop detailed event plans and schedules to ensure all aspects are covered and deadlines are met.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
