As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will have the unique opportunity to spend more one-on-one time with patients and witness their progress firsthand. Your Role :

  • Delegate tasks effectively and supervise occupational therapy assistants and technicians.
  • Provide occupational therapy treatment in accordance with hospital and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain open communication with all departments to meet patient, staff, and hospital needs.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current state licensure or certification required on or before your first day.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Degree from an accredited therapy program or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and families.
  • Demonstrated skills in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
