Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager in Keysight’s growing Design Engineering Software Business, you will help to grow the ecosystem for our portfolio of software products, with a focus on working with partners in the electronic design automation (EDA) space and with semiconductor foundry partners.

The chosen candidate will have a demonstrated track record of working with partners, managing technical projects across internal and external teams, ability to influence and manage relationships, and capability to drive many parallel projects. The Strategic Partner Manager may also be pulled into M&A opportunities for DES to assess market segments, help prioritize targets, and develop materials to present to the executive team.

Above all, the selected candidate will be hungry to deliver value to Keysight with a can‑do approach to meeting business targets and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with software partners in the EDA space, including Synopsys, Ansys, Siemens, Cadence, and Altium.
• Find and develop go‑to‑market opportunities with EDA partners that enable growth for Keysight software products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at semiconductor foundry partners such as TSMC and Global Foundries.
• Find and analyze market research for M&A opportunities.
• Manage and negotiate partner contracts such as NDAs, OEM agreements, or software loan agreements.
• Own and create partner management tools, collateral, and infrastructure.
