Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a creative professional who lives for flawless deliverables. You'll team up with our Creative Ops squad, flex your Adobe Suite superpowers, and keep our brand shining - no stray neon oranges allowed. If you've got years of production-driven design chops, an eagle eye for detail, and a knack for juggling deadlines (and GIFs!), come join us and help shape the visual heartbeat of our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design Execution : Transform wireframes, mood boards, and concepts into vibrant, on-brand designs using typography, imagery, and layouts.
  • Template Mastery : Create and sustain adaptable Figma and Canva templates for various marketing assets, ensuring ease of use and brand consistency.
  • Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Development team to ensure every asset reflects their vision.
  • Brand Stewardship : Maintain brand standards across all channels, ensuring consistency in color values and logo placement.
  • Peer Refinement : Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers, embracing feedback to elevate each asset.
  • Quality Assurance : Conduct meticulous proofing and preflight checks on final files to guarantee error-free deliverables.
  • Asset Organization : Curate and update the shared library of brand assets to streamline creative processes.
  • Process Improvement : Recommend new tools, shortcuts, or workflow tweaks to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience : years in a production-driven design role.
  • Tech Skills : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus for Canva and Figma know-how.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to spot a stray pixel or misaligned guideline from afar.
  • Multitasker : Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Communicator : Clear articulation of design decisions.
  • Team Player : Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys engaging with colleagues.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Education Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.

    Assignment Duration : year with a possibility to extend further.

    Working Hours : - hours expected per week; flexible hours with availability for urgent matters via text / call.

    Hybrid Schedule : days per week, including Thursday in the office.

    Top Required Skills : Excellent graphic design skills (specifically in using InDesign and Illustrator), high attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.

    Portfolio Requirement : Candidate submissions must include a portfolio with at least examples of recent work such as text-heavy templates, social media posts, custom illustrations, etc.

    Interview Process : st round will be virtual (camera on) and the nd round will be in-person.
