Registered Nurse

Are you a new or seasoned RN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I / DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.

• $10,000 sign-on and retention bonus for FT, new hire nurses
• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for PT, new hire nurses

Schedule Option :

FT : Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm

PT : Saturday & Sunday, 7p-7a

Your Role in Our Mission

• Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual / developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
• Conduct nursing assessments
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
• Oversee and assist Behavior Technicians
• Provide additional support to LPNs as needed during your shift
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary : $75,000-$80,000 for full time / $40 / hr & up for part time weekends
• Generous paid time off and paid holidays

What We're Looking For

• Licensure : Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
• Knowledge : MH and I / DD systems of care preferred
• Skills : Strong communication and documentation
• Experience : Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
• Transportation : A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
