A company is looking for a Project Manager-Agile Scrum Master for a contract role. Key Responsibilities Act as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for cross-functional development teams, guiding the application of Agile principles Facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment on delivery Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in healthcare diagnostics or biotech Proven experience in Agile project delivery with distributed teams Strong healthcare / laboratory domain knowledge Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification are required Expertise in Agile metrics, Jira, and SDLC / DevOps concepts
