job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaywood Middle School (Saturdays) : 11 / 1 to 12 / 13 (no programming Thanksgiving Weekend) Study and enforce i9 Sports rules and safety for all players. Stripes and whistle provided by employee. Instruct players during practice using age-appropriate practice plans developed by i9 Sports. Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Excellent communication skills (Email text verbal written). Responsiveness is critical. Sports officiating playing or coaching experience is a must. Enthusiasm strong work ethic and trustworthiness. Situational awareness attention to detail and critical thinking. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team. Commit to working Sundays for the full duration of the 6-week season. Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.

Job Summary
The Basketball Instructor / Official is a critical role on any field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture acting as an on-field coach and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players coaches and spectators each and every game day.

Compensation : $16.66 - $23.00 per hour
