Description :

Position requires a registered nurse experienced in the interventional PCU setting.

The nurse will have a patient ratio of 1 : 5.

Weekend shifts are required, with every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period.

Floating to other units may be necessary.

Previous experience as a charge nurse is preferred.

Ideal candidates have experience with cardiac telemetry, central line management, and post-operative care.

Candidates should possess the ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips.

Knowledge of isolation precautions and phlebotomy is essential.

Must be comfortable with high flow nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management.

Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring is required.

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

References from authority figures within the last year are required for consideration.

Compliance with flu and COVID-19 vaccination requirements is mandatory.
