Job Summary

Support the clinical faculty dental students and other clinical support staff in the CDM Clinical Sites including the pre-clinical simulation laboratory. Prepare dispense and maintain dental instruments supplies and equipment. Support clinic operations Support administrative clinical staff Support the educational mission of CDM

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications : Education : Any combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. Experience : One or more years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinic hospital clinic or dental office. Licensure and Certification : Current Basic Life Support certification and CA radiation safety certification. Must have completed or be able to complete within 90 days of hire : a California Dental Board approved course in the Dental Practice Act and a California Board approved course in infection control. Must have a valid Drivers License Must maintain a Motor Vehicle Report ( MVR ) that satisfies the requirements of the WesternU Vehicle Use Policy.
