About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Integrated Facility Services to lead and drive operational excellence, growth, and innovation across its janitorial, engineering, and integrated facility services lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless coordination of service delivery, regional team leadership, and strategic expansion efforts within a portfolio of complex, multi-site environments. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, partnering with senior leadership on regional growth plans, and ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control across all service delivery points. The role also involves managing regional P&L, analyzing service data for opportunities, and overseeing vendor and equipment procurement strategies.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in the facility services industry, with at least 5 years in a regional capacity overseeing both engineering and janitorial functions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex service delivery operations, strong financial acumen, and a strategic mindset. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a commitment to high-quality service delivery, safety standards, and environmental sustainability. The role demands a technologically proficient individual with the ability to adapt to regional market conditions and a willingness to travel frequently.
