Job Title : Community Physician and Program Specialist

Location : Salem, Oregon

Schedule : Full-Time - 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday / hours to be determined

Hourly Rate : Starting at $25.79 / hour

Program : Meadowlark Day Treatment Program

About the Role :

Join a dynamic and mission-driven team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and adolescents in a structured psychiatric day treatment setting. We are seeking a full-time Community Physician and Program Specialist to support the clinical and developmental needs of youth through collaborative care and innovative practices.

Top 3 Must-Haves :

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, as well as treatment standards, models, concepts, and theories within a multidisciplinary mental health setting.
  • Passionate and driven advocate for mental health, with a commitment to working within an interdisciplinary team to apply evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and implement innovative clinical interventions, with a growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications :

  • College courses and or bachelor’s degree in human services subject matter (preferred)
  • Two years’ experience working directly with children / adolescents, in customer service or human services.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth in behavioral health or related community-based programs (preferred)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, coordinate multiple duties simultaneously. Planning processes usually impact broader areas than one individual. Planning is made more difficult because of the number of alternatives or obstacles to successful completion of planned work.
  • Computer skills, word processing, data entry and spreadsheet software
