A facility located near Medway, Ohio, is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for ongoing coverage at both Hospitals. Job Details : Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Shift Type : Days (Monday through Friday, 7am - 3pm for surgery, rounding + night call) Weekend Requirements : Included in shift times On Call Requirements : Included in shift times Requirements : Board Certified (REQUIRED) Ohio State License (Highly Preferred) COVID Vaccination (REQUIRED) ACLS (REQUIRED) STS Outcomes Report (REQUIRED at time of presentation) Job Description : EPIC EMR Level 3 Trauma Patient Population : Adult, Geriatric Responsibilities : Surgery, rounding, 1 / 4 call Covering 2 hospitals (Fairfield & Anderson) - 4 CVOR's No mid-level support; would be the primary provider Emergency open heart surgery required Required Procedures : CABG Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery) Redo Coronary Revascularization (With or Without Heart Valve Surgery) Thoracic aortic aneurysms Thoracoabdominal aneurysms Pericardial Window Heart Valve Repair / Replacement Surgery Mitral Valve Repair Our Hospital takes pride in its recognition for outstanding patient safety, experience, and clinical excellence.
