Job Description One of the premier Healthcare organizationsis seeking aPatient Access Representativefor their call center department to provide administrative support for scheduling appointments and verification of eligibility. Schedule patient appointments.

Verified eligibility.

Post payments into patient accounts.

Ensure all medical necessity compliance are completed.

Performs daily clerical duties, including sending faxes, making copies, and assisting in other areas.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Two(2) years ofCustomer Service / Patient Access experience within a healthcare setting.

Experience with EMR and Insurance Verification is preferred.

Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
