Description

Robert Half has partnered with an entertainment company in Lakewood in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk! The Accounts Payable Clerk position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $60,000-$70,000!

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following :

• Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Execute timely check runs and verify payment details.
• Assign appropriate coding to invoices for accurate record-keeping.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet payment deadlines and compliance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of accounts payable activities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline invoice processing workflows.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment-related inquiries.
• Contribute to month-end closing procedures by preparing relevant accounts payable reports.
