Nursing Attendant -Neonatal ICU- Full Time- Evening

Infuse energy and hospitality into a patient's day. Provide comfort and caring as an NYP nursing attendant-keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly.

Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care.

This is a full time evening shift position, 3 : 00 pm- 11 : 15 pm, every other weekend, located at NewYork-Presbyterian / Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.

Required Criteria

High school diploma or GED is required

BLS from the American Heart Association

Must meet one of the following :

Previous Nurse’s Aide experience in a hospital setting

Certification from an approved accredited Nurse Aid training program

Current enrollment in a BSN program - at the junior year level and / or completion of at least one clinical practicum

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range :

$24.60-$26.46 / Hourly
