We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families while working with a mission-driven organization that values excellence, integrity, and service.

Position Requirements :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Practical / Vocational Nursing program.
• Experience : One to two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure : Active and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Ohio.
