Job requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and perform administrative work keeping administrative information confidential
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and all company communication tools
- Cover the reception desk when required, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and meetings, great visitors and provide general support to visitors
- Process requests for purchase and orders including business trip requests for the employees, such as booking flights, cars and hotel reservations
- Prepare and monitor invoices to the customers
- Enter data and support bookkeeping activities
- Generate reports in Excel to support administrative activities and bookkeeping
- Logistic and general office support
