Job Details

Lead and support the billing and coding team (Billing Lead & Coding Lead), ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Oversee claims submission and resolution, monitoring denials and working with payers to resolve issues quickly.

Manage patient accounts and collections, keeping accounts receivable current while maintaining excellent customer service.

Review and analyze revenue cycle reports, tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Coach and mentor staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback to foster growth and engagement.

Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.

Serve as the subject matter expert for billing and compliance, answering questions and guiding projects.
