At People Creating Success , we’re looking for compassionate, caring, and patient Direct Support Professionals / Personal Attendants to support adults with developmental disabilities in living independent, empowered, and fulfilling lives.

Provide direct care and support in areas like daily living, social skills, and community participation.

Follow individual program plans and help people achieve their personal goals.

Assist with activities such as :

Cooking, cleaning, and light household tasks

Fun community events and hobbies

Healthy lifestyle choices and budget management

Medication reminders, hygiene, or mobility support (if needed)

Complete daily documentation and communicate with your team about progress and needs.
