Position : Primary Care Physician Concierge Medicine

Location : Major U.S. Metro Areas (Miami, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area)

Referral Only | Full-Time | High-Touch Patient Care

Position Type : Full-time, Membership-Based Practice

Overview

FocusPoint is partnering with a client to recruit a Primary Care Physician for a concierge-style medical practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide highly personalized, relationship-driven care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Physicians in this practice oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of patients, supported by a dedicated clinical team and access to a broad network of specialists.

This position is ideal for physicians who value longitudinal care, deep patient relationships, and clinical autonomy within a membership-based model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.
  • Manage chronic and acute illnesses, injuries, and preventive health needs.
  • Conduct well checks, house calls, and provide after-hours availability by phone.
  • Track and review physical development and psychological well-being.
  • Lead a small care team consisting of a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator.
  • Create personalized health reports to guide patients in achieving their wellness goals.
  • Collaborate regularly with colleagues and specialists to ensure evidence-based, coordinated care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Completed residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed M.D.
  • Preference for physicians with experience in longitudinal primary care and / or academic medical centers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and advanced computer literacy (iOS preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-based settings.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in California.
  • Current BLS certification.
