Merchant Services / Client onboarding Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in merchant services, payments, and client onboarding.
• Must-have : Merchant Services experience (NOT general payments / accounting).
• Ideal candidates will have :
• Experience with merchant onboarding and account / product setup.
• Understanding of credit card processing rails and merchant-facing operations.
• Ability to understand Level 3 data, chargeback processes, and client documentation (KYC).
• Strong background in data entry, quality control, and peer review.
• High degree of professionalism with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with account boarding systems a plus.
