About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercialization to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the autonomous ground transportation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and driving the commercial engine, with a focus on building deep, long-lasting partnerships and a sustainable, scalable business. This leadership position requires a strategic approach to go-to-market activities, including the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, and the ability to lead the business development lifecycle, from lead identification to closing significant deals. The role also involves defining operational requirements for commercial success, creating a feedback loop for efficiency, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between commercial, product, and engineering teams. Candidates for the Vice President of Commercialization role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in business development, corporate development, or a senior commercial role, with at least 10 years in a leadership position. A proven track record in B2B go-to-market strategy execution and experience in the logistics, freight, transportation, enterprise SaaS, or deep technology sectors is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
