3rd Shift Machine Operators needed in Irving, Texas!

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery to produce parts that meet established quality, cosmetic, and production standards. This role involves precise measurement and inspection of parts, monitoring production output, and maintaining accurate records of any defective units.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate machines safely and efficiently according to company procedures.

Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with predetermined quality and cosmetic standards.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas.

Record and report the number of units scrapped due to errors, defects, or quality issues.

Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required).

Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately using calipers, micrometers, or other precision tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for extended periods.
