Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. The starting wage is $18.00 / hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7 : 00am.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document all conversations with client into client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and / or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
