The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance coverage and civil litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering results. This role involves handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions, communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
